DELIVERY INFORMATION

Steinberg’s Furniture takes pride in our customer service, in the store and out of it as well.  We offer white glove delivery service to make it easy to get your new furniture or mattress in your home at the affordable prices.  Delivery service is available within a 50-mile radius of our store.  We will assemble and set-up your new furniture, place it in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging materials. 

How Do I Prepare for My Delivery?

  • Have an adult, 18 years of age or older, be present to accept any delivery.
  • Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home. If the furniture does not fit, delivery and re-stocking fee will apply.  Please note that custom ordered furniture can not be returned.
  • Please clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed. Delivery does not include removal of old furniture and/or rearranging of existing furniture unless prior arrangements have been made at the time of sale.

How Do I Pick Up My Furniture Purchase?

Preparing for pickup:

When making arrangements to pick-up merchandise, please call at least 24 hours in advance so we can have your merchandise ready for pick up.

  • Please bring rope and blankets to properly secure your new furniture and ensure its safe ride home. Keep in mind that we cannot assist in the securing of your product.
  • Please inspect merchandise carefully for any damage before you leave. We cannot be responsible for damage to your vehicle or merchandise once you leave our facility.
  • Please be aware of pick-up hours so we will have personnel on hand to assist you.  Pick up hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
